Windows: By default, windows systems do not show extensions so you will either need to enable file name extensions, or open Wordpad and paste the code into there and enter the correct file name when you save.

If you've already downloaded Minecraft 1.6.2 you can copy the 'versions/1.6.2/1.6.2.jar' file to 'versions/1.6.2 OptiForge 2013.07.17/' and rename it to '1.6.2 OptiForge 2013.07.17.jar'
